I have had the pleasure of working directly with Steve Spinner since joining the marketing team at Hait Family law, in March 2022.

Steve took my content and with his many years of experience in web design, built a site from the ground up that represents our firm beautifully. Steve built great landing pages and helped me make full use of SEO.

Not only does the site have a great UX (user experience), we are able to track visitors’ journeys.

He also set up a security system and keeps the site up and running so we don’t miss any opportunity to gain new clients. Steve submits monthly, detailed reports on customer usage and seo performance and advises me on changes we need to make that will improve both. Steve has assisted in the cover layouts and handled all the formatting of our eBooks and digital reports. He has also created some of the online forms we provide to our clients, including 3 different digital wills.

He is always available to help me research different DSPs (digital service providers) for cloud based services to improve our client experience and he prepares the reports for me to take to the managing attorney. Steve is always available for just about any kind of web-related tech support and his positive, can-do approach has made him my go-to guy for just about anything.
